72 engineers and 15 HR professionals participated in 12 round table workshops (i.e., expert panels) to identify the key competences for engineers entering the labour market. >>

During the Mobility Event Week in Delft, the PREFER team visited SIEMENS, partner of the PREFER consortium. After an insight into the organisation and SIEMENS' vision on digitization and automation, the team got a tour in the SIEMENS Field Lab. The visit ended with an interesting discussion on job profiles and competences.

A new researcher in the team: meet Darren Carthy

Darren is a post graduate researcher at the Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) in the research area of engineering education. Darren's main responsibility will be to evaluate the software developed tool to test students' transversal skills. >>
